I dunno why but this piece heavily reminds me of that notoriously creepy "FETUS OF GOD" stage from darkstalkers.

The one thing I'm curious about, is, was he this big to begin with? If so, how is Mary not dead!?

second, if that's not the case, how did he get that way?

now I know you don't know the answers, but I'm still perplexed about Dan...

I saw a manga scan a while ago, can't remember where, or if it's even up still, but Dan seemed to be the normal size for a baby, but a looked like a blob. :P

In the same scan, it showed Bobby crawling out, and he bit off Jennifer's father's hand.

I actually ended up reading more about the story after my comment, yeah apparently the huge baby form is a living womb made of corpses, so now everything makes more sense! ^_^
